How does vending help?
Dispenses short‑life PPE:
Respirators, gloves, earplugs and other non‑bulky items are now obtained next to the workplace.
Collects PPE for disposal:
Occurs without involvement of the warehouse attendant: the worker scans workwear or safety footwear by barcode or selects the item on the touchscreen and places the PPE to be disposed into the opened cell.
Accepts workwear for laundering:
This also happens without involvement of the warehouse attendant: the worker scans the workwear by barcode or selects the item on the touchscreen and places the soiled suit into the machine.
Dispenses large‑size PPE:
Large protective equipment (helmets, boots and similar items) are also received by workers via the vending machine.
Tracks issuance:
The machine's software can be integrated into your company's systems (1C, SAP or others) or use cloud software. This enables online tracking of every issued PPE.
Each vending machine includes:
- A touchscreen for user interaction.
- Connection to the company's information system via the internet using Wi‑Fi, a GSM modem or the local network. The received data is quickly synchronized and updated.
- An RFID card reader used for user identification and configured for the type of cards used at the company. Employee identification by fingerprint or Face ID can also be added.
