Delivery is carried out to a transport company or to the address specified by the client.
When placing an order, you must indicate the address, contact person and phone number to arrange invoicing for the delivery service.
Delivery is available in Almaty and regions of Kazakhstan (Astana, Aktobe, Atyrau, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey and other localities where we operate). Collection via transport companies is possible by agreement.

The delivery date and time window are agreed separately with each client. If delivery did not take place due to the client's fault, the goods can be collected by pickup at: Almaty, Turar Ryskulov Ave., 157/2, during the warehouse working hours. Delivery is made to the client's entrance. Loading and unloading services are provided for an additional fee; the "to the door" cost depends on the volume of the cargo and the floor and is specified by the manager.
