The company's production base includes 18 sewing factories, 2 footwear factories, 2 factories producing gloves with polymer coatings, and 2 respirator production facilities.

Quality control
Each factory operates a three-stage quality control system:
- at the stage of incoming inspection of raw materials and components;
- intermediate control during production (which may include several inspections at different workstations);
- at the stage of finished product release.
The production of large batches made to special order is carried out with the participation of the customer's representatives, who can personally verify compliance with standards requirements at each stage of production.
Quality is one of the company's top priorities.
The quality management system of Vostok-Service Group complies with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015, confirming the high efficiency of production organization.
Compliance with standards
When developing models, particular attention is paid to ergonomics and comfort. Designers and technologists work through every detail together: seam placement, ventilation openings, reflective elements, etc. All this makes it possible to create models that resemble everyday clothing in design, which not only protect but also provide familiar comfort and freedom of movement throughout the day.
The reliability of the products is confirmed not only by internal inspections but also by independent certification. Each batch is tested in accredited certification bodies, ensuring its compliance with Russian and international standards. Such comprehensive control allows customers to be confident that clothing, footwear and PPE from Vostok-Service Group are high-quality products.
In-house testing laboratories
Vostok-Service Group has several well-equipped in-house testing laboratories. This enables the company to independently control the quality of raw materials, components and finished products, and to implement advanced developments in production technologies, protection and comfort.
New materials undergo various laboratory tests. This approach guarantees that Vostok-Service Group's clothing, footwear and PPE meet real operating conditions and the requirements of the strictest standards, and often exceed them.
Main areas of material testing:
- resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage (tear, rip);
- resistance to moisture, chemicals and oils;
- retention of protective properties at high and low temperatures;
- durability of coloration and preservation of appearance.
Thanks to this, the Company can produce a variety of comfortable, high-quality footwear: from work models to everyday sneakers.
The Palma factory (Uzlovaya, Tula Region) is equipped with highly efficient machinery and specializes in producing gloves with a nitrile coating (supplied by a Russian polymer manufacturer).
The LIKOM factory (Meleuz, Bashkortostan) specializes in producing gloves with PVC, latex and nitrile rubber coatings. The factory's products are sold under its own brand — POLIZAR. The coating application technologies were developed by the company's specialists, are unique and patented with the Federal Institute of Industrial Property.
More than 95% of all sewing equipment consists of new modern machines, including those with special attachments. This enables the production of consistently high-quality products that meet customers' needs and requests.
As with all the Company's enterprises, the respirator production sites are equipped with modern automatic high-speed equipment, allowing the manufacture of high-quality products, with and without exhalation valves, and with facepieces of various shapes (cup-shaped, three-panel, etc.).
