Key terms and definitions

This User Agreement governs the terms of use of the website vostok.kz and the services of the online catalog "Vostok-Service Kazakhstan".

"Seller", "Company", "Vostok-Service Kazakhstan" — Limited Liability Partnership "Irtysh-Vostok Service", BIN 051140011644, registered address: Republic of Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan Region, city Ust-Kamenogorsk, Boris Aleksandrov Street, 1.

"User" — an individual or legal entity using the site, browsing the catalog, submitting an inquiry, order or other request through the site.

"Site" — the internet resource located at vostok.kz, including the product catalog, information sections, feedback forms and other functional elements.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the site, the User confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. Relations between the Company and the User are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the provisions of civil law, consumer protection law, personal data and data protection law, advertising law and e-commerce law.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the site.

1.4. The Company has the right to change the site structure, assortment, prices, product descriptions, service terms and this document. The current version is posted on this page.

2. Use of the Site

2.1. The User undertakes to use the site in good faith, not to disrupt the operation of services, not to submit false information and not to take actions aimed at unauthorized access to the site's systems.

2.2. Information on the site is for reference purposes. The Company strives to keep data up to date; however, product specifications, availability, price and delivery terms are confirmed by the manager when the order is confirmed.

2.3. Product images may differ from the actual appearance of items within limits caused by color reproduction features, product batch or assortment updates.

3. Order Placement and Requests

3.1. An order or request is placed through the site's functionality, by phone, by e-mail or by another method agreed with the Company.

3.2. For order processing the User provides necessary contact details: name, phone number, e-mail address, city, delivery address, organization details and other data required to fulfill the request.

3.3. An order is considered accepted for processing after the Company confirms product availability, price, payment method, delivery terms or pickup arrangements.

3.4. Information about payment, delivery, exchange and return is posted on the Offer page.

4. Personal Data and Communications

4.1. When using the site the User may provide the Company with personal data. The procedure for their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

4.2. By submitting a form, request, order or subscribing to mailings, the User confirms consent to the processing of data for handling the request, fulfilling the order, providing feedback and informing about the Company's products and services.

4.3. The User may withdraw consent to receive informational and promotional messages by contacting sales@vostok.kz.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Site materials, including texts, images, design elements, page structure, trademarks and other objects, are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties.

5.2. Copying, distribution or other use of site materials without the consent of the rights holder is not permitted, except in cases expressly provided by law.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company is not liable for the inability to use the site caused by technical failures, actions of third parties, communication interruptions, maintenance works or force majeure circumstances.

6.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for consequences arising from providing incorrect information.

6.3. The site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content and data processing rules.
