Moving to the 7% and 10% tiers is done automatically when a certain cumulative purchase amount is reached.
Also, for customers who move to the 7% or 10% tier we give a gift — 1000 bonus points valid for 30 days. Bonuses available for redemption are activated immediately after being credited.
Please note! Bonuses cannot be credited for amounts paid by a legal entity via non-cash payment. Credited bonuses are available for redemption immediately after being credited
How to join the loyalty program
To start using bonuses, register a virtual bonus card:
Option 1
Register a card online by following the link and receive 500 bonuses for downloading the card to your wallet.
Option 2
Inform the cashier at our retail store of your wish to join the bonus program.
Card activation
To activate the bonus card, simply show the code from your wallet or provide your mobile phone number.

Bonus activation and validity periods
- Bonuses are available for redemption immediately after being credited.
- Accumulated bonuses remain valid for 360 days from the date of the last visit. If you do not make any purchases for 1 year, the bonuses expire (you will receive advance notification about the reset of your bonus balance).
- The validity period for gift and promotional bonuses is communicated via SMS (from 10 to 60 days).

Bonus redemption
1 bonus = 1 ruble;
you can redeem up to 20% of the receipt total;
bonuses cannot be redeemed on discounted items. Also, bonuses cannot be redeemed for items sold without markup. Check the list of such items in the retail store.
Bonus redemption cannot be combined with other discounts (social card, corporate discount, discount program, etc.). When ordering in the online store you can specify the number of bonuses you want to redeem. Redemption occurs when the goods are issued at the store or pickup point. This option is available ONLY when choosing the "Pickup" shipping method.
Special conditions
What if it's my birthday?
For your birthday we give 1000 bonuses + a 30% bonus return on purchases. The promotion starts 7 days before your birthday and continues for 14 days after. Bonus returns for purchases made during the promotion are available for redemption immediately after being credited and remain valid for 60 days.
What if I have a discount card?
If you are an individual holding our discount card issued before 18.12.2019, we automatically transferred you to the bonus system with the same conditions. Additionally, we gave a gift: 3% (standard card) — we give 1000 bonuses valid for 90 days; 5% (silver card) — we give 2000 bonuses valid for 90 days; 7% (gold card) — we give 5000 bonuses valid for 90 days; 10% (platinum card) — we give 5000 bonuses valid for 90 days.
