1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through the shopping cart on the website. Simply add the required products, specify the quantity and proceed to checkout. You can also place an order by phone or e-mail — our managers will help select products and place the order for you.

2. Can I purchase without registering?

Unfortunately, you cannot place an order as a “guest”; registration on the site is required. Registration allows you to track your order history.

3. Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount for retail customers. For wholesale orders, terms are negotiated individually with a manager.

4. What payment methods are available?

Currently we accept payment:

by invoice for legal entities (with VAT);
by bank card or cash upon receipt

5. How is delivery carried out?

At the moment, delivery is available to legal entities via a transport company (by agreement);

For individuals, only pickup from our stores is available.

6. Can I pick up the goods myself?

Yes, pickup is possible. Please coordinate the date and time with the manager so the goods are prepared in advance.

7. Do you have certificates for your products?

Yes, the entire range of PPE complies with the requirements of ГОСТ и ТР ТС. Certificates and declarations are provided upon request.

8. Can I return the goods?

You can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from receipt if they have not been used and the product appearance is preserved. Personal protective equipment that contacts the body (for example, respirators, gloves) cannot be returned after the package has been opened — in accordance with sanitary safety rules.

9. Can I place an order for a company?

Yes, we work with legal entities, provide a full package of documents, conclude contracts and issue invoices with VAT.

10. Can I order a custom configuration?

Yes, our specialists will help select PPE for specific working conditions or your organization's requirements.

11. How can I know if the chosen size fits?

Each product page includes a size chart and selection recommendations. If you are unsure — contact our manager, they will help choose the right option.
