The primary focus of the Training Center – providing high-quality training for employees of enterprises and organizations on the use (application) of personal protective equipment (PPE), the use of which requires practical skills.

Our Training Center offers:

1. an in-person format for the theoretical part of training, during which trainees gain a deep understanding of the material thanks to continuous interaction (communication) with the instructor and deeper immersion in the learning process, thereby eliminating a formal approach;
2. practical sessions that occupy 50 % of the training time and allow trainees to practice not only the correct use of PPE, but also proper inspection and care of PPE, as well as combining it with other PPE issued to employees for individual use, which will additionally help preserve the appearance and protective properties of PPE throughout its service life;
3. an individual approach to developing the Training Program depending on the PPE actually used by employees, the use of which requires knowledge and practical skills;
4. all stages of training are conducted by highly qualified specialists of the Vostok-Service Group in the fields of new PPE development and PPE manufacturing, who are familiar with design features, the regulatory framework, protective properties, marking requirements, rules for use, inspection and functionality checks, care, and disposal methods of PPE;
5. modern technologies, video materials, visual aids and a range of PPE samples are used as training tools.

Terms

We offer flexible training conditions:

• modular structure of the Training Program, which affects the duration;
• the possibility of on-site training for the convenience of employees, as well as the option to hold training in the Training Center's equipped classroom located at: Almaty, Turar Ryskulov Ave., 157/2;
• the possibility of simultaneous training in the «Use (Application) of PPE» program together with occupational safety training programs («General Occupational Safety Issues and the Functioning of the Occupational Safety Management System»; «Safe methods and techniques for performing work when exposed to harmful and/or hazardous production factors, sources of danger identified as part of the special assessment of working conditions and the assessment of occupational risks)»;
• additional benefits for organizations receiving PPE outsourcing services from Vostok-Service.
