The PPE Selection Service is an innovative cloud solution designed to automate the process of forming PPE issuance norms, as well as selecting personal protective equipment in accordance with applicable legislation. It enables companies to efficiently manage the process of creating PPE issuance norms and minimize errors when equipping employees in accordance with the Unified Model Standards.

The PPE Selection Service automates the process of conducting Professional Risk Assessments, generates documents, selects products according to issuance norms, and calculates the budget required to provide employees with personal protective equipment

Automatic data upload and processing

Import of a list of workplaces from a file (Excel) with automatic mapping of positions/professions to Appendix 1 of Ministry of Labor Order 767n.
Ability to upload and process the results of the Special Assessment of Working Conditions (SAWC) in ".sout" format for selecting protective properties and classes in the issuance norms.

Integrated risk calculation system

Two risk assessment methods: the "Vostok-Service" methodology or a custom methodology.
Automatic selection of protection classes and operational levels of PPE when refining the results of the Professional Risk Assessment (PRA).

Generation of issuance norms taking into account all legislative changes

Selection of optimal PPE design based on identified risks and fine-tuning of PPE designs.
Support for selecting standby PPE in accordance with legislation, adjustment of quantity and issuance frequency.
