What we do

We issue and repair workwear

We select workwear within one or two sizes. Fitting is available in specially equipped fitting rooms. In case of cuts or tears — we repair workwear at the issue point.

We label workwear

We apply a permanent label to the workwear, which makes it convenient to track issuance and the number of washes.

We apply anonymized marking

We apply anonymized marking immediately after sewing. A set can be linked to an employee's card at the point of issue, which speeds up the distribution process.

We launder and store workwear

We accept workwear through collection lockers and individual issue lockers. Based on results, we generate reports on quantities and service intervals.

We identify employees

At the operator's station we place a magnetic card reader. It can easily identify the employee, speeding up processing and locating data for a specific worker.

We automate issuance

Using an ID badge, protective glasses, half-masks, skin protection creams, protective gloves and ear protection inserts are issued via vending machines.

We notify about PPE arrivals

When PPE arrives at the warehouse from laundering or new PPE for scheduled issuance, the employee will receive a notification by SMS or email.

We grant access to a personal account

An employee can log in to their personal account to view the issuance schedule, PPE issuance norms, and also complete briefings.

We analyze provisioning

Based on issuance results we generate reports on the company's provisioning indicators, by departments and employees. Reports are sent to managers automatically.

We send SMS about medical examinations

We set up integration with medical devices of the "Kvazar" brand. Responsible persons receive SMS notifications if an employee fails a medical examination.

We issue bulky PPE

Using parcel lockers and employee passes, we facilitate issuance of large-sized PPE.

Mobile application

In the app an employee can view the workwear issuance schedule, see which items are in the laundry, and submit a request to the warehouse.
