Garment Production

The sewing operations of Vostok-Service Group comprise 18 sewing factories located throughout Russia. All factories operate modern automatic cutting complexes, high-performance sewing equipment, semi-automatic and automatic machines that enable the consistent production of high-quality products tailored to clients' needs and requests (standard assortment, special orders and corporate-style clothing).

LLC "Roba" (urban-type settlement Sapozhok, Ryazan Oblast);
LLC "Firma 'Mukhtolovskaya Spetsodezhda'" (urban-type settlement Mukhtolovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast).

OAO "Siluet"

Part of Vostok-Service Group since 1998. The factory operates a modern cutting shop equipped with a vacuum table for cutting insulation, a spreading table with a vacuum pump for laying outer fabric, a band cutting machine, and two servocutters with automatic arms.
The computer-aided design (CAD) system ensures high speed in pattern creation, grading and automated nesting. Sewing equipment consists of modern technological machines.

OAO "Siluet" is an enterprise with a high production culture and decent working conditions, and a nominee of the industry competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency".

NAO "Chaplyginskaya Sewing Factory"

Part of Vostok-Service Group since 2002. The enterprise includes a modern cutting and preparation shop equipped with automated spreading-and-cutting complexes. Sewing equipment consists of modern technological machines.

The enterprise pursues a considered social policy: employees are encouraged to train and improve their skills, participate in professional competitions; collective cultural and leisure events for staff and children are organized, and production competitions are held between shops and teams.

NAO "Chaplyginskaya Sewing Factory" is among five thousand leading enterprises holding the status "industry leader"; it is included in the book "Labor Glory of Lipetsk Oblast" and has been awarded more than 30 Honorary Certificates and Letters of Appreciation at the regional level.

LLC "Roba"

Part of Vostok-Service Group since 1999. Sewing shops are equipped with semi-automatic machines. The enterprise specializes in the production of summer clothing assortments and workwear for energy sector enterprises.

LLC "Firma 'Mukhtolovskaya Spetsodezhda'"

Part of Vostok-Service Group since 2019. One of the largest specialized sewing enterprises in Russia.

It produces clothing for workers in the oil, gas, metallurgical, chemical and other industries, and for many years has fulfilled orders for the largest enterprises of Russian industry.

Training and advanced training programs for personnel (sewing operators, foremen, technologists) operate on-site at all Vostok-Service sewing enterprises.
