Palma Factory has been part of the Vostok-Service Group since 2023. It specializes in the production of nitrile-coated gloves. Such gloves are highly sought after across various industries.

The facility is equipped with high-performance equipment and employs experienced specialists with many years of experience. Thanks to the organization of domestic polymer supplies for coating application, production capacities are loaded at 100%.

LIKOM Factory is an advanced domestic enterprise for the production of hand PPE with polymer coating. In 2017 it became part of the Vostok-Service Group.

LIKOM is a leader in the production of hand protection in the countries where the Group operates, specializing in the manufacture of gloves and mitts coated with PVC and nitrile rubber for oil and gas extraction and refining enterprises. Many models are developed taking into account the climatic conditions of a particular region, production specifics, and the needs of the customer enterprise. The factory's products are released under its own brand — ПОЛИЗАР.

LIKOM is an unusual enterprise: the technologies for manufacturing mitts and gloves, as well as applying protective coatings of nitrile latex and PVC, were developed by the factory's specialists, are unique and patented at the Federal Institute of Industrial Property. The enterprise carries out the full technological cycle from the supply of raw materials to the release of finished products, which fully comply with world standards. Mitts and gloves produced by LIKOM have successfully passed tests and been approved by specialists from enterprises across various industries.

ПОЛИЗАР gloves are manufactured on a two- or three-layer knitted base with a 100% cotton brushed lining, which provides the hands with the highest possible level of comfort and moisture absorption, and also helps absorb impact loads. The nitrile latex coating gives the gloves excellent resistance to punctures, cuts, and abrasion. The polymer coating provides an effective barrier against aggressive media – acids, alkalis and petroleum products under high mechanical loads. Sewn-on gauntlets on some models allow easy removal of the gloves, and wrist cuffs are designed to protect the wrists from injury and to prevent dust and dirt from entering the gloves.

Insulated PVC-coated models are frost-resistant: they do not crack and allow work at temperatures down to -40 °С. They are equipped with a removable quick-drying fur insulation. Excellent grip properties are provided by PVC granules incorporated into the coating: they guarantee a reliable hold when working with oily tools. Such gloves are widely used in the oil and gas extraction and processing industries in the conditions of the Far North. In addition to the main range, the factory produces hand PPE to order, specifically tailored to the needs of the customer enterprise.
