Each of Vostok-Service Group's footwear production facilities includes:

a laboratory where engineers and designers create new footwear models;
experimental workshops where technologists produce and refine initial prototypes of new models;
the main production line manufacturing the approved models.

All feature "smart" conveyors, lines of sewing semi-automatic machines, carousel-type units for sole molding, robotic equipment ensuring high-quality processing and finishing of footwear, and automatic cutting complexes.

Having in-house production capacity is an advantage that allows us to respond quickly to changing demands in the specialist footwear market and to produce models according to customers' requirements.

From budget solutions to premium-class models

All the company's footwear enterprises mainly produce shoes using the injection sole attachment method (single-layer polyurethane; polyurethane/thermoplastic polyurethane; polyurethane/nitrile rubber) — from budget options to premium-class models.

Energy-saving technologies have been implemented at all production sites, and environmentally friendly materials are used.

Torzhok Footwear Factory

At the Torzhok Footwear Factory, which specializes in producing footwear with one-, two- and three-layer soles (PU, PU/PU, PU/TPU, PU/TPU/TPU), in addition to cutting shops, sewing shops for upper blanks, and sole molding shops, there is a workshop for producing footwear with knitted uppers.

Rabochiy Stil Factory

At the Rabochiy Stil Factory, footwear with PU/TPU, PU/nitrile, and PU/nitrile/nitrile soles is produced. Footwear with nitrile rubber soles is widely in demand across industries because it is resistant to high temperatures and slipping.

In addition to footwear with soles attached by the injection method, the factory operates a line for manufacturing functional glued-sole footwear — sneakers for work and everyday use.
