On June 9 and 10, the regional forum of the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week took place, with Vostok-Service participating.
The Vostok-Service Group stand, which showcased new and popular models of functional clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment produced by the company and its partners, was visited by Vladimir Mazur, Governor of Tomsk Region, Georgy Molebnov, Director of the Department for Working Conditions and Occupational Safety of the Ministry of Labour of Russia, and Svetlana Gruznykh, Deputy Governor of Tomsk Region for Social Policy.
Sergey Shiryaev, CEO of Vostok-Service Group, spoke at the plenary session "Partnership in Occupational Health and Safety: federal and regional levels, best practices and experience-sharing, trade union and state oversight", which was moderated by Olga Kondratyeva, CEO of the National Association of Occupational Safety.
Throughout the exhibition our experts at the stand briefed visitors on the rules for selecting and using PPE for various industrial sectors, explained product features and demonstrated samples. Everyone who wished received answers to current questions, were able to evaluate the products' design and quality in person and try on the clothing models that interested them. The ZEVS collection and hearing protection products were especially popular. The master class on the correct use of dermatological personal protective products and hand PPE drew significant interest.
The regional forum featured a formal awards ceremony for the winners of the professional skills competitions "Best in Profession". Vostok-Service provided participants with reliable personal protective equipment to complete the practical tasks.
A bright and dynamic moment of the event was the demonstration of samples of special clothing, footwear and PPE, in which our company took part. Opening remarks were delivered by Tomsk Region Governor Vladimir Mazur and Director of the Department for Working Conditions and Occupational Safety Georgy Molebnov. Afterwards models came on stage, including items from the URAN, SPEC and REVERS collections.
