The opening of the Unified PPE Distribution Center for ALROSA employees in Mirny is another stage in the gradual transition of all the company's structural units to providing workers with protective equipment as part of outsourcing projects.

ALROSA employees had long awaited the opening of the PPE Distribution Center in Mirny: colleagues from other sites (Udachny, Aikhal) told how and under what conditions they now receive protective equipment and how much everything has improved. The existing cooperation experience with Vostok-Service Group and the involvement of ALROSA's management and project participants in Mirny made it possible to launch the complex project in a very short time – 2.5 months.

The advantages of the new PPE pickup format were immediately appreciated by the first visitors: a bright, warm and clean space, fitting rooms like in a shopping center where you can try on clothing/footwear and ultimately take the correct sizes, and friendly, helpful staff. Employees who have installed the ASTB app can immediately see what PPE has already been received and what still needs to be obtained and by when, and can schedule PPE pickup at a convenient time instead of standing in queues — this is convenient.

The opening of the Unified PPE Distribution Center in Mirny is a landmark event for ALROSA, and many employees will soon notice changes in the way they receive workwear, footwear and PPE: all issues related to employees receiving PPE will now be fully addressed with an improved level and quality of provision.

In November, Vostok-Service and ALROSA will open another PPE Distribution Center in Nakyn.
