From Tver to Vladivostok, in almost every city where Vostok-Service has offices, branches and production sites, Vostok-Service alleys planted by the group's employees to celebrate its 30th anniversary will now be green.
This gift was made not only to the company but to every resident of the cities where plantings of various trees and shrubs took place.
Now residents of Saint Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod, Pskov, Tyumen and Tver will be delighted each spring and early summer by fragrant lilacs. And residents and visitors of Minsk and Chelyabinsk will be able to enjoy tasty apples in our alleys in a few years.
Our employees also planted rowan — a useful tree with bright berries that not only decorate the streets but also serve as excellent winter food for birds. Now the birds will feast on rowan from the Vostok-Service alleys in Tatarstan, Tyumen, Samara, Penza and Cherepovets.
Evergreen trees (thuja, firs, pines and spruces) appeared on the alleys in Ramenskoye, Kemerovo, Orenburg, Volgograd, Ufa, Tyumen, Tatarstan and Irkutsk.
And how beautifully cherries and sweet cherries bloom! Residents of Karachev and Uzlovaya will now enjoy these flowering trees every spring on the grounds of our factories. And in the Oryol region (the village of Nekrasovka), fruit trees were planted specifically for the pupils of a boarding school: sweet cherries, pears and apricots.
Hawthorn in Perm, chestnuts in Saransk, oaks in Tatarstan, jasmine in Kirov, birches in Orsk and larches in Ryazan — our employees showed creativity and planted a wide variety of trees and shrubs in their regions.
But Vostok-Service will not stop there: plantings will continue in June. Moreover, the eco-project "Vostok-Service Alleys" is carried out on a regular basis, so we will continue to green our cities and make them more beautiful and better every year.
