The ISO 9001 certificate is a document confirming that the enterprise has been certified and that a quality management system is operating successfully in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the international standard.
In November 2018 Vostok-Service Group underwent an inspection audit of the quality management system. The inspection was carried out by the certification body SOYUZCERT. The purpose of the audit was to confirm the conformity of the existing quality management system of JSC Vostok-Service-Speckomplekt with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2015.
The audit was conducted at the Central Office, NAO Chaplyginskaya Sewing Factory, OAO Siluet, CJSC Torzhok Shoe Factory, LLC Perm-Vostok-Service, LLC Bereznyaki-Vostok-Service, and LLC Promkomplektatsiya.
Based on the audit, the commission decided to issue Vostok-Service Group a certificate confirming that the company's quality management system complies with the requirements of the GOST ISO 9001-2015 standard. Thus, the company confirmed its ability to supply products and provide services that meet customer requirements and comply with mandatory requirements.
