Autonomous Body Heating System (ABHS) — a solution to enhance the effectiveness of human thermal protection in low-temperature conditions.
SAOT is based on an active infrared body-heating technology used in medical practice. The system's operating principle is based on local heating of body areas with infrared rays, followed by enhancement of peripheral blood circulation:
- in the module (element) of the ESS GK heating kit, electrical energy from the battery is converted into heat and the heater surface emits infrared waves;
- the operation of the heating modules promotes the dilation of microvessels and intensification of blood circulation, providing effective warming of the body and extremities.
This helps maintain the body's thermal balance and reduce heat loss during prolonged exposure to cold.
For convenient use of the ESS GK with SAOT technology, it is recommended to use them together with the special insulating vest KONTUR*, which has dedicated pockets for placing the heating elements.
*The KONTUR vest is not included in the kit and is sold separately.
