After prolonged rains, the forest is ready to share its treasures. Choose comfortable clothing and footwear for safe walks in nature.
An anti-encephalitis suit is a reliable protection against ticks. «Expedition Lux» is made of a blended fabric with added cotton (density — 210 g/m²). The material is designed so that the suit remains comfortable even in hot weather — it does not create a greenhouse effect.
The suit's special construction works as an effective mechanical barrier: special trap-folds on the sleeves and trouser legs, wrist-cuffs and a stand-up collar prevent a tick from reaching the skin. Protection is 100% effective provided the trap-folds are treated with an acaricidal agent. For example, the spray «Reftamid». Treatment takes a couple of minutes, and the tick barrier lasts up to 15 days. After washing, the suit should be treated again.
When choosing footwear for still hunting, it is important to consider the weather and the condition of forest trails:
