Last Thursday the main event in the field of occupational safety ― VNOT-2025 ― came to an end.
Vostok-Service Group acted as a partner of the business program of the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week, participating in the business program and exhibiting products at 2 stands: one showcasing in-house products and one demonstrating digital solutions.
On the 1st day of the exhibition a Youth Day took place, in which our company took an active part. Our experts held an educational quiz «Journey into the World of Technologies». Deputy Head of the Marketing and Advertising Department Anastasia Parukhina served on the jury evaluating projects in the contest for the best innovative proposal in the field of PPE «Innovations in PPE: engineering solutions of the future», aimed at improving and enhancing the effectiveness of personal protective equipment.
This year booth tours were held over 3 days. Deputy Director for Marketing Maria Yalovenko introduced the latest functional clothing and footwear to Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation; Georgy Molebnov, Director of the Department of Working Conditions and Occupational Safety of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation; Oksana Lut, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation; Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; and members of the BRICS intergovernmental association.
At the main exhibition stand, where the latest functional clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment were displayed, our experts informed visitors about the products, demonstrated samples and answered detailed questions about selection and product use.
At the stand showcasing digital solutions, everyone could see how the «PPE Selection Service» works. This innovative cloud solution helps to quickly and accurately select PPE based on the results of occupational risk assessments for each workplace, significantly easing the work of occupational safety specialists and ultimately ensuring reliable protection of employees’ lives and health.
The screen with information about the Vostok-Service Group training center attracted interest; the center is accredited by the Ministry of Labour (accreditation № 10455) and offers training services on the use of PPE in accordance with legal requirements.

- the possibility of conducting on-site training for employees' convenience, as well as the option to organize training in the Training Center’s equipped classroom;

Our mobile application «Automated Occupational Safety System» (АСТБ) won in the category «Best digital solutions for automating specific occupational safety processes».
The АСТБ app contains key information for providing employees with personal protective equipment according to company norms. In the app, employees can:
- find out when it's time to collect the PPE due under the norms at the distribution point;
- schedule a time to collect PPE;
- view PPE already received according to the schedule, including via vending;
- evaluate the quality of issued PPE;
- get information on PPE that is being cleaned or repaired;
- and much more.
As part of the business program our experts took part in 11 sessions. Tatyana Pilipenko spoke and moderated sessions and round tables. Vasiliy Dobdin, Irina Dymych, Irina Bolotina, Vadim Korkachev, Vitaliya Ozerova, Ruslan Ziyazitdinov, and Anna Baikova delivered presentations on topical subjects.
Our employees were also active in other VNOT-2025 events. Head of the Advertising Department Alexander Avtushko played several games of chess in the intellectual sports lounge. Members of the «Vostok-Service» running club took 1st place in the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week run
At the PPE fashion show, models walked the runway wearing items from the collections НОКСФИЛД, ТРАВЕРС, ГОРИЗОНТ И АТОМ.
