All-Russian Occupational Safety Week. Events on September 16.

The second day of the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week has concluded.

Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, and Georgy Molebnov, Director of the Department of Working Conditions and Occupational Safety of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, visited the Vostok-Service product booth. Maria Yalovenko, Deputy Director for Marketing, presented new functional clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment.

A solemn awards ceremony was held for the winners of nationwide occupational safety competitions. Vostok-Service Group won in the category "Best Digital Solutions for Automating Specific Occupational Safety Processes." We are grateful for such high recognition of our mobile application ASTB.

The mobile application "Automated Occupational Safety System" (ASTB) contains key information for providing employees with personal protective equipment according to company standards. In the app, employees can:

find out when it's time to collect their due PPE at the distribution point;
schedule a convenient time to receive PPE;
view already received PPE according to the schedule, including via vending machines;
rate the quality of issued PPE;
get information about PPE that is being cleaned or repaired;
and much more.

The app is continuously improved based on data received from users.

In October, the ability to use a digital signature when signing and approving documents will be made available.

At the main exhibition booth, our experts spoke to visitors about the products, demonstrated samples and answered detailed questions about selection and use. At the digital solutions booth, everyone could see how the "PPE Selection Service" works — it helps select all necessary protective equipment in accordance with ETN.

Several events featuring our experts took place as part of the business program. Tatyana Pilipenko, Deputy General Director for Standardization and Technical Regulation, provided a wealth of timely and useful information at a session dedicated to conformity assessment and the authenticity of PPE, new requirements for certification, testing, labeling and proving product origin. She also served as moderator of a session on the principle of multi-layering when forming sets of workwear for different weather conditions, where workwear expert Irina Bolotina covered many important aspects.

Irina Dymich, Head of Government Relations, gave a presentation at a session on implementing new approaches to financing preventive measures. Vadim Korkachev, General Director of Vostok-Service-Kuzbass LLC, shared useful information at a session on health-preserving technologies in occupational medicine.
