On June 5–6 the regional forum “VNOT-Krasnoyarsk” took place, with participation from the Vostok-Service Group. Here is a summary of the event.
A satellite event of the All‑Russian Occupational Safety Week was held in Krasnoyarsk, organized with the support of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation, the government of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Roscongress Foundation. The forum became the main platform for discussions on personnel management and occupational safety, bringing together more than 1,000 participants — representatives of business, government authorities, trade unions, educational institutions and industry experts.
Krasnoyarsk-Vostok-Service, which traditionally advocates for the promotion of modern solutions in occupational safety and personal protective equipment, presented an exhibit of new workwear, safety footwear and PPE, emphasizing technological advancement, ergonomics and current industry standards. Forum attendees not only familiarized themselves with product samples but also received consultations on their application.
“In my view, the VNOT satellite event held in Krasnoyarsk fully met our expectations. The large number of visitors and the strong interest in both the business program and the exhibition demonstrate a high level of attention to pressing occupational safety issues. Both the business sessions and the exhibition, in my opinion, were filled with highly innovative offerings. I hope that those who took part in VNOT-Krasnoyarsk, thanks to the presentations in the business program and the demos, received comprehensive answers to all their questions — training under No. 2464, questions regarding the transition to ETN and other related matters,” said Sergey Shiryaev, CEO of the Vostok-Service Group.
This year’s forum was very intensive: round tables, master classes, strategic sessions, a PPE exhibition and seminars took place across multiple venues. Participants discussed current challenges in occupational safety, shared experience in reducing occupational risks and improving safety culture in production. Practical sessions drew great interest — from first aid training to demonstrations of modern solutions for protection against harmful and hazardous workplace factors.
Tatyana Pilipenko, Deputy CEO for Standardization and Technical Regulation at Vostok-Service Group, served as an expert in several of the forum’s strategic sessions, where she shared experience in developing PPE standards, implementing new regulations, as well as approaches to staff training and reducing workplace injuries.
“A great event, like any held under the aegis of VNOT. I would like to note the interest in the events and the engagement of employers. It was active, interesting and useful,” commented Tatyana Pilipenko.
The holding of the VNOT forum in Krasnoyarsk was an important event both for the region and for Krasnoyarsk-Vostok-Service, providing an opportunity to strengthen market positions, establish new partnerships and, importantly, contribute to the development of a modern occupational safety culture in Siberia.
