Torzhok Shoe Factory became the winner of the city competition for the most well-maintained territory. The organizer of the competition was the Torzhok City Administration. During the event, a commission composed of representatives of the city's administrative bodies visited the sites and assessed the convenience and appearance of the grounds and courtyards, as well as the quality of the improvement works.
In the category “Most Well-Maintained Enterprise (Organization) Grounds” the winner was CJSC "Torzhok Shoe Factory". The award ceremony took place in the city administration building. Winners were presented with diplomas and prizes.
